When I began working as a full time physical therapist, I was working crazy hours. I worked 50+ hr a week some weeks.
This was a schedule that I wasn’t use to. Couple this hectic work life with injuries I picked up, before I knew it, I was slowly exercising less and eating more for convenience.
Life had taken its toll and my body showed it—with a gut and back rolls.
I had enough of feeling ashamed and disappointed when looking in the mirror every morning.
I set out to transform my body without using crazy starvation diets or bullsh*t cleanses. I wanted to prove to myself and everyone else that a transformation could be made without spending hours and hours in the gym.
I wanted to be able to still eat foods I love and still lose weight.
